I am the one who whatch, discreetly making sure that everything is just perfect.
Even if you don’t see me, even when you would think my head is elsewhere, I keep everything under control.
Our regulars know that when I am there, they are about to have a great time. My wife less so!
My job, my team and my family are what makes my life great, and I am always grateful for it.
I love being here and look at Antonello and Paolo teasing each other, but my real hobby is to cook!

I follow a gastronomical tradition rooted in the past, in my father and in its father before him. As they did, I believe that in the moment you are browsing the local market for raw material, you are already deep into the act of cooking.
